Cancellation policy
1. I will reply to confirm your reservation, and payment details will be sent. Slots confirm only after payment, so priority will be given to people who reserve and pay first.
2. Everyone are responsible for reading and understanding the terms here. Participants are responsible for the fees committed when they confirm the slots
3. In event due to unforeseen circumstance that participant need to cancel the session
Below is the refund schedule
i) More than 21 days till event day1 . refund 100% of amount prepaid.
ii) Day 20 till 8 days till event day1 20% of paticipating fees forfeited.
iii) Day 7 till 3 days till event day1 50% of paticipating fees forfeited.
iv) Less then 3 days to event day 1 100% of paticipating fees forfeited.
In the events of personal emergency , will be handle case by case and subject up to 50% refund.
4. If in the event of unforeseen circumstance the proposed session had to be cancel , and payment is already prepaid , the organizer is only liable to the full refund of the prepaid amounts.
